This has been my favourite tree for years, standing isolated in a field between Chipping Ongar and High Ongar. It's been dead for years, but still stands gnarly and defiantly, withstanding all weather thrown at it, well, so far...
This is a dry point, drawn (scratched) onto heavy acetate and printed using the intaglio technique, on to dampened paper and incorporating additional colour through the use of chine-collé. This is the last print of a variable edition of only three.
