Regrettably, due to Brexit, exports from the UK to Europe are still a little unsettled. The seller is unable to settle duty and VAT in advance (respective to the country receiving the products). Regrettably, customers are therefore responsible for paying any due fees requested by shipping companies in respect to duty and VAT and are non-refundable by the seller. In the event of customers refusing goods and asking for return, due to the bespoke nature of these products (they are printed to order), refunds cannot be made.
