This Shipping and Delivery Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and should therefore be read alongside our main Terms and Conditions page.

What are my shipping and delivery Options?

Collection from Mark Anstey Prints is available by prior arrangement. Please email info@markansteyprints.com to make arrangements.

We offer FREE UK Second Class/First Class and Next Working Day Special Delivery depending on the value of the order. Smaller orders will be posted in a cardboard envelope and will be sent 1st Class. Less expensive items (under £10) will be posted 2nd Class. Larger orders are shipped in a heavy duty cardboard tube.

If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith, but are estimates only.

For EU and UK customers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.

Shipping is dependant on a number of factors. Most of our products are printed especially for the order (we only hold stock on some of our smaller, popular lines). Turn around time can depend on the time required for bespoke and custom designs. You will be advised at the time of contact, it is usually within three days for less complex orders. Other more complicated orders may take longer, but the customer will be informed during the creation process and proofs sent by email for checking and amendments. Once the artwork is completed the artwork is sent to an external printer. Turn around time is dependant on how busy the printer is. Their usual turn around is 3 -5 working days (but sometimes quicker). On rare occasions; excessive workload or mechanical breakdown/technical issues, production might take longer. In this instance the customer will be notified. Once shipped, Mark Anstey Prints has no control over the delivery process. Unless posted as a smaller item (usually First Class) items are tracked and these tracking details will be send to the customer when the item is shipped. Smaller items are shipped in card backed envelopes (decals are never folded) and larger orders, rolled and shipped in heavy duty postal tubes. International orders are often sent using a courier (usually FedEx or DHL), customers can select a cheaper option of postage by selecting Royal Mail in the pull down menu at the time of placing the order. Mark Anstey Prints is NOT VAT registered in the UK and so all sales are charged (Nationally and Internationally) without tax. For international orders, Mark Anstey Prints has no control over any import, customs or VAT charged by border forces. Payment of any customs/import fees is the responsibility of the receiver and NOT Mark Anstey Prints. Regrettably on occasions, packages are held by International Customs. All packages are shipped with all the required paperwork and Commercial Invoices (required by Couriers). Mark Anstey Prints have no control or influence on customs if packages are delayed. The information that we can see (on tracking) is the same as you. We thank you, in advance, for your patience if shipments are delayed. Most are delivered in the time suggested in the shipping selection process.

Do You Deliver Internationally?

We offer International Shipping to most countires. Please check the availability when selecting the shipping option. Occasionally a destination is shown as ‘delivery unavailable’, is this happens, please contact us via email: info@markansteyprints.com and we can look into the logistics and costs. Occasionally, destinations are shown as unavailable through a technical glitch. Please check with us, as there is usually a way around this.
